Dr. Lauren Dela Cruz, a graduate of the University of Florida in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, has over 8 years of experience in general orthopedics in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. In 2014, she also obtained certification as an orthopedic manual therapist. Dr. Lauren is particularly passionate about women’s health and is dedicated to healing and empowering prenatal and postpartum women. She has received specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy from the Herman and Wallace Institute. With two little boys of her own, Dr. Lauren has personal experience with pregnancy and childbirth, including recovering from a cesarean and having a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). To provide convenience and comfort, Dr. Lauren operates SHE PHYSICAL THERAPY, LLC, a concierge, mobile practice that brings therapy sessions to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
