Lauren Baker, originally from Olive Branch, MS, currently resides in Hernando, MS alongside her husband, two young children, and two furry companions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University. Additionally, she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Lauren’s interest in pelvic health was sparked when she became a postpartum patient at MOJO. Through her personal experience, she discovered that pelvic health physical therapy perfectly aligns with her goal of empowering and supporting women to lead more fulfilling lives, helping them realize their potential. Lauren is well-versed and certified in Dry Needling, and she has acquired experience in orthopedics and wellness, treating a diverse range of individuals, including athletes, weekend warriors, busy moms, and those seeking to regain their quality of life.

What Lauren appreciates most about her career is the unique privilege of closely collaborating with patients. She values the opportunity to listen, treat, problem-solve, and educate individuals, enabling them to live more vibrant lives. Outside of the clinic, Lauren finds joy in fitness, nutrition, running, traveling, exploring farmers markets, basking in the sunshine, and, above all, indulging in a cup of coffee. She cherishes spending time with her husband and children, perfecting her coffee recipes, and immersing herself in her favorite podcasts.
