Laura Steininger, DPT, CAPP-OB is the proud owner of Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy, located in northern Idaho. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN before embarking on her career as a traveling physical therapist across several states including Texas, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and South Dakota.

Laura is highly trained in pelvic health, having received specialized training through Herman and Wallace as well as the American Physical Therapy Association. Her expertise in obstetric physical therapy (CAPP-OB) allows her to provide exceptional care to women during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Additionally, Laura offers comprehensive treatment for both men and women dealing with pelvic pain and dysfunction.

A significant portion of Laura’s caseload consists of patients with endometriosis, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, incontinence, and difficulties with voiding. She also possesses valuable experience in working with oncology patients, addressing the functional challenges resulting from pelvic and breast cancer treatments.

To further enhance her treatment methods, Laura offers Intramuscular Stimulation Dry Needling as an intervention to retrain neuromuscular dysfunction and radiculopathy.
