The individual obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Villa Julie College in 2003, and later completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2006. Since graduating, they have predominantly worked in an outpatient environment, focusing on the treatment of musculoskeletal impairments. However, their interest in the pelvic floor grew significantly after giving birth to two children in 2013 and 2015. They are now equipped to address various conditions related to the pelvic floor, including but not limited to pelvic pain, prolapse, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and low back/hip pain.
