Building on her undergraduate education, she pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, which she successfully completed in 2015.
Throughout her career, Krystel has gained extensive experience in treating various conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular dysfunctions. However, following the birth of her son, she decided to specialize in pelvic floor therapy. In 2019, she completed her level 1 training, followed by Level 2a in 2021 and Level 2b in 2022. In addition to her expertise in pelvic floor therapy, Krystel is also a certified yoga instructor, enabling her to incorporate holistic approaches into her treatment plans. Furthermore, she has received certifications in Dry Needling 1 & 2, allowing her to effectively treat both upper and lower extremity issues.
