Krystal, a native of St. Charles, Missouri, has always had a passion for health and movement. She pursued her education at Missouri State University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Movement Science in 2010. Eager to further her knowledge and skills, Krystal then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, graduating with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2013.

After completing her education, Krystal made the decision to settle in Tucson, Arizona. She began her career at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, where she dedicated herself to helping patients recover and regain their physical well-being for 4.5 years. During this time, she also pursued additional training and expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, completing an Orthopedic Residency through The Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions and earning board certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy.

In 2018, Krystal joined the team at El Rio Health, bringing her specialized knowledge in the evaluation and treatment of spine, extremity, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is also certified in functional dry needling through Kinetacore, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care to her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Krystal enjoys staying active and spending time with her loved ones. She finds joy in hiking, running, and exploring new places with her family and faithful canine companion. Though she has called Arizona home for over a decade, Krystal remains a St. Louis girl at heart, proudly supporting her beloved Cardinals.
