Kristina Jackson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has a strong passion for promoting access to pelvic health, improving health literacy, and providing education on the subject. During her time in physical therapy school, Kristina developed an interest in pelvic floor physical therapy, which led her to shadow pelvic floor therapists trained by Herman + Wallace and the Barral Institute during her clinical rotations.

To further her knowledge and skills in this field, Kristina completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 through Herman + Wallace. She then embarked on a clinical rotation that focused solely on pelvic health, where she treated both male and female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Her expertise covered a wide range of conditions, including incontinence, constipation, post-partum care, pelvic pain, gender reassignment, and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation.

Currently, Kristina is employed by Advocate Aurora Health, working at Advocate Trinity Hospital and Christ Medical Center. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and is committed to continuing her journey towards becoming a board-certified pelvic floor physical therapist.
