Kristen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic health for women. Her passion lies in providing care for the prenatal and postpartum population, influenced by her own experience with pelvic health issues during her first pregnancy and delivery. Kristen has gone above and beyond her standard training by completing additional coursework on the care of the pelvic floor and pelvic girdle, as well as their interactions with the rest of the body.

Through her expertise, Kristen has successfully helped women alleviate pelvic pain, regain enjoyment of sexual activity, eliminate urinary leakage during laughter or playtime with their children, improve bowel movements, reduce back pain caused by nursing or lifting their babies, and relieve the sensation of pressure or heaviness in the pelvic region. She is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel comfortable with their bodies, have a solid understanding of their anatomy, and recognize how their emotional experiences can have physical manifestations.

In addition to her specialization in pelvic health, Kristen obtained her Lactation Counselor certification from UC San Diego in 2018. This qualification enables her to address lactation concerns such as proper positioning and posture, prevention and relief of clogged ducts, and mastitis.

Kristen operates a mobile concierge service in the West and South Los Angeles area, ensuring that her patients can receive the necessary care conveniently and comfortably.
