Kristen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Marymount University in 2014. For the next five years, she worked in Arlington, VA, providing treatment for patients with pelvic floor disorders. In 2018, Kristen obtained her women’s health clinical specialist certification (WCS), further enhancing her expertise in the field. The following year, she decided to return to her hometown of Saint Louis, MO, where she now practices at Barnes Jewish Hospital – West County STAR physical therapy office.

In her current role, Kristen treats individuals of all genders and ages who are experiencing pelvic floor disorders. However, she has a particular passion for assisting pregnant and postpartum women with their pelvic issues. These may include musculoskeletal pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and pain during intercourse. Kristen finds great satisfaction in helping her patients improve their quality of life and regain their physical well-being.
