Kimberlee Sullivan, a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine, furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. Throughout her career, Kimberlee has devoted herself to specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction. With a professional experience spanning over two decades, she has served orthopedic and pelvic health patients in various states including Oregon, Minnesota, and Texas.

In 2005, Kimberlee established Sullivan Physical Therapy, an institution dedicated to addressing the needs of individuals suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction such as incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, interstitial cystitis, organ prolapse, sciatica, and pelvic pain. As an active member of esteemed organizations like the American Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic and Women’s Health Sections, the National Association for Continence, the Endometriosis Association, the Interstitial Cystitis Association, the National Vulvodynia Association, the International Pelvic Pain Society, the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, Kimberlee remains committed to staying informed and engaged in her field.

Kimberlee’s expertise in Women’s Health Physical Therapy is accredited by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists, where she is board certified. Additionally, she has received the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Physical Therapy from the Section of Women’s Health, as well as certification from the Biofeedback International Conference for Pelvic Biofeedback.

Kimberlee’s exceptional contributions to her profession have earned her several prestigious accolades. In 2015, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Texas Women in Business, recognizing her significant impact on the lives of other women. The Texas Physical Therapy Association honored her in 2016 with the Warren C. Smyth Outstanding Service Award for her outstanding clinical and educational expertise, innovative care delivery, dedication to private practice, and community service. Austin Woman’s Magazine included Kimberlee as one of Austin, Texas’ Women to Watch in 2017. The Austin American Statesman crowned her as the Best of the Best Physical Therapist in 2018. In 2021, she was recognized as a Healthcare Hero by the Austin American Statesman and honored at the Austin Birth Awards by Partners in Parenting.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberlee finds joy in spending quality time with her family and engaging in activities such as reading, running, and traveling. She has resided in Austin for nineteen years alongside her husband, Craig, their daughter, Allison, and their dog, Witten.
