She graduated with honors from Marquette University, earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2006. Prior to graduation, she developed a specialization in pelvic health, which has remained her focus ever since. In 2012, she became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics. Over the years, she has obtained various certifications, including in Dry Needling, Aquatic Physical Therapy, and Therapeutic Yoga. Additionally, she has completed numerous continuing education courses to further enhance her expertise.

Since 2013, she has been providing Continuing Education and developing Pelvic Health White Label Programs. In 2021, she will be launching Pelvic Floored (www.pelvicfloored.com), with the aim of making world-class pelvic physical therapy more accessible by reducing geographic, financial, and psychosocial barriers.

As a mother of two boys, she personally experienced and overcame both incontinence and pelvic pain after childbirth through pelvic physical therapy. This firsthand experience has given her a unique perspective, having been on both sides of the treatment table and firmly believing in the effectiveness of pelvic PT.

Currently, she is leading a research study on the incidence of pelvic pain in religious and non-religious populations, which she finds to be a fascinating area of study. She welcomes individuals of all genders and diverse pelvic conditions, including those with penises, vaginas, stoma bags, and everything in between. Her passion lies in restoring pelvic functionality and she is eager to assist others on their journey towards better pelvic health.
