Kelley brings nearly 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, with a particular focus on the treatment of chronic back, hip, and pelvic pain. As a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, Kelley’s expertise is highly regarded in the field. Additionally, she is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT), further enhancing her skill set.

With a strong passion for pelvic health, Kelley is dedicated to helping both women and men overcome various diagnoses, including stress and urge urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, prolapse, pelvic and low back pain, fecal incontinence, constipation, pre/post prostatectomy issues, chronic prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, diastasis recti, and other peripartum conditions. To expand her knowledge and expertise in this area, Kelley recently completed extensive coursework and earned certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kelley is an avid runner and a 5-time Boston qualifier. Her extensive knowledge of video gait analysis and corrective exercises allows her to offer valuable insights and recommendations to runners seeking to improve their performance and prevent injuries.

Kelley’s approach to treatment involves identifying the primary drivers of symptoms and utilizing a multimodal approach that combines manual therapy, breath work, and exercise. Her ultimate goal is to improve pain, mobility, and movement coordination, empowering her patients to confidently manage their symptoms and enjoy an active lifestyle. By the time her patients complete their treatment, Kelley aims for them to feel confident in their ability to move and effectively handle any symptom flares that may arise.
