Dr. Kasia Gondek has achieved a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Mount Saint Mary’s University, as well as a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her treatment approach is centered around functional movement and utilizes proven clinical methods to deliver compassionate care. With experience in treating various pelvic floor dysfunctions, including urinary and bowel incontinence, neurogenic bladder, vestibulodynia, pelvic pain, and more, Kasia also specializes in prenatal and postpartum care for mothers. Additionally, she enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities who have orthopedic conditions such as back, hip, knee, ankle/foot, and shoulder pain, as well as those in need of pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Kasia has received training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and has pursued further education in prenatal and postpartum treatment and care. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Recognizing the impact that injury or pain can have on one’s daily life and performance, Kasia values the role of a knowledgeable and empathetic physical therapist in improving mobility, reducing pain, and facilitating a return to beloved activities. Outside of her clinical work, she is an avid competitor in marathons and ultramarathons, a dedicated yoga practitioner, skier, and enjoys hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family.
