Kara earned her Doctorate in physical therapy from Georgia State University in 2012. Presently, she practices pelvic health at SuperHuman Therapy, located in Grant Park, Atlanta. Her knowledge and expertise in the field have been further enhanced through her extensive studies at the Herman and Wallace institute, where she now serves as a teaching assistant. In addition, Kara contributes to the education of future physical therapists by instructing a course on holistic pain treatment for graduating students at GSU. Her qualifications also include certification in advanced dry needling and registration as a yoga instructor (RYT 200). By employing a holistic approach, Kara aims to provide comprehensive care and empowerment to her patients.
