Kara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics. She specializes in pelvic health rehabilitation, focusing on treating conditions such as pelvic pain, prolapse, constipation, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and pre/post pregnancy. Additionally, Kara has expertise in oncology and lymphedema management and has developed a Strength After Cancer Program. Her goal is to provide state-of-the-art care to help patients alleviate pain and regain an active, healthy lifestyle.
Outside of her professional work, Kara actively volunteers at various community events. She also leads educational classes for men and women of all ages. Kara is a board member of Survive and Thrive, a local non-profit organization that supports cancer survivors during their transition to a new life after cancer.
On a personal note, Kara recently got married on August 5th, 2017. She is currently learning to play cribbage and her favorite food groups include wine, chocolate, cheese, and bacon.
