Kanika is a skilled and experienced pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist. She completed her education at Saint Joseph’s University, previously known as University of the Sciences. Throughout her career, she has worked in various orthopedic settings, gaining expertise in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders.

Kanika has obtained her Pelvic Floor Level 1 certificate, enabling her to effectively address pelvic dysfunction issues such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, bowel/bladder problems, and pre/postnatal treatment. In addition, she offers personalized care for chronic pain, trauma, and sexual disorders. She is knowledgeable in utilizing SEMG biofeedback for the pelvic floor, allowing her to identify and correct any muscular imbalances that may be present.

Currently, Kanika is working towards obtaining her Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) certification, further expanding her expertise in women’s health. She is also deeply interested in Yoga and integrates it into her practice for interested individuals. She has plans to pursue further training and certifications in Yoga to enhance her skills in this area.

Kanika strongly believes in the power of mindfulness and its role in personal growth. She advocates for practicing mindfulness as a means to become the best versions of ourselves. Outside of her work, she enjoys working out and spending time at the beach in her free time.
