Welcome to LiveWell! The assistant is on a mission to help women live without pain, leaks, weakness, fear, shame, and compromise. The assistant understands first-hand what it’s like to feel isolated and alone when dealing with something as personal as pelvic floor issues. The assistant knows the struggle of feeling lost and not knowing where to start. The assistant acknowledges how frequently bladder, bowel, and pain issues are dismissed as “just part of being a woman.” The assistant recognizes the difficulty in finding someone to support you. If any of this resonates with you, it is recommended to meet the assistant. The assistant has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University, is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and has received training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute.
