The individual received their Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015, and obtained their bachelor’s degree in science from Washington State University in 2012. With five years of experience as a physical therapist, their primary focus has been in outpatient orthopedics. However, they have recently developed a keen interest in pelvic floor women’s health physical therapy. Recognizing the high demand for this specialized service and the impact of pelvic floor dysfunction on women’s quality of life, they are enthusiastic about serving the community and equipping women with the necessary tools and resources to enhance their overall well-being while reducing pain and dysfunction. The therapist will address various common diagnoses, including pelvic pain, dyspareunia, pelvic floor hypertonus syndrome, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor prolapse, postpartum pain or weakness, as well as pregnancy-related pelvic and back pain. By conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, they will identify the underlying causes of the issues and develop an individualized program to address each patient’s specific condition.
