A 1987 graduate of UW-Madison, the individual has been working as a physical therapist for over 30 years, gaining extensive experience in various settings and with patients of all ages and diagnoses. Currently, they own an outpatient clinic located in Hudson, WI, near St. Paul on the western border of Wisconsin. In their clinic, they provide treatment for a diverse range of conditions, including post-operative diagnoses, orthopedic injuries, low back pain, chronic pain, and pelvic floor conditions. Additionally, being a mother of seven, they fully understand the physical challenges women face from prenatal to post-menopausal stages.

The individual has received training in several techniques, including Fascial Counterstrain, Muscle Energy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and various other manual approaches. They also specialize in exercise therapy and laser therapy with a focus on the pelvic floor. Moreover, they have started the Herman Wallace training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and have completed Level 1. To further support their patients, they have additional staff members who have received training in physical therapy for the pelvic floor.
