With over 35 years of specialization in orthopedics and manual therapy, John has developed a unique and integrated approach to assessing and treating neuro-musculo-skeletal dysfunction. He has owned a physical therapy private practice in Florida for over 15 years, where he has had the opportunity to work with prestigious clients such as the US Olympic Dive Team, Women’s International Tennis Association, and local university athletic programs. John’s expertise in manual therapeutic techniques has allowed him to provide pain relief and restore function to his patients in ways that traditional therapies cannot.
Always striving to improve patient care, John stays at the forefront of new treatment approaches and techniques. He received his undergraduate education in physical therapy from Kean College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, and earned his post-professional doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in FL. John is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association and is also a Certified Manual Therapist.
In addition to his extensive qualifications, John is certified in frequency-specific microcurrent therapy and physical therapy dry-needling to relieve trigger points in muscles. He is one of the few therapists in North Carolina who can utilize these highly effective techniques. With his unique skill set and advanced training, John has developed an integrated approach to men’s health issues, an area of healthcare that is often overlooked.
