They earned their Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Oregon, their home state. While still a PT student, they completed the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 course to gain specialized knowledge in treating patients with pelvic floor issues. Since then, they have successfully worked with patients experiencing a wide range of conditions, including urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, dysfunction related to vaginal and cesarian scarring, pre- and post-prostatectomy care, diastasis recti, pain during intercourse, postpartum recovery, pregnancy-related issues, trauma-related concerns, and various musculoskeletal problems involving the core, lumbar, and hips that are linked to pelvic floor dysfunctions. Currently, they are providing treatment to patients in the Asheville, North Carolina area at Breakthrough Performance and Wellness. They thoroughly enjoy their work and the community they serve.
