Joanne obtained her Bachelor of Physical Therapy and Physical Education degrees from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. She has achieved the prestigious title of Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. Additionally, she has acquired certification in McKenzie Diagnostic Treatment (Cert. MDT). Prior to establishing Boutique Physio, Joanne served as the clinic manager at Body Gears Physical Therapy in St. Louis for three years.
Joanne specializes in Women’s Health Therapy and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP). She possesses extensive knowledge and experience in utilizing The Schroth Method for the treatment of scoliosis, as well as Functional Dry Needling. With 13 years of experience catering to Broadway performers in New York, Joanne is highly skilled in integrating Yoga and Pilates movements with manual therapy techniques.
