Jessie McGown, PT, DPT, holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Washburn University. During her time in PT school, she had the privilege of attending lectures by pelvic floor therapists, which sparked her interest in pelvic floor physical therapy. As a result, she pursued an internship at a pelvic rehab clinic in the Kansas City area.

Throughout her career, Jessie has gained extensive experience in treating various pelvic rehab diagnoses, including bowel and/or bladder incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction and chronic constipation, pain during pregnancy, dyspareunia, and diastasis recti. She firmly believes in taking a holistic approach to wellness and is committed to helping individuals achieve their personal physical therapy goals.

Jessie’s dedication extends beyond treatment alone. She is passionate about educating her patients, empowering them to increase their independence and improve their overall function.
