Jessica is the founder of ThriveAgain Physical Therapy & Wellness, a clinic established in 2009 with a clear vision. Her goal is to provide personalized and hands-on physical therapy to individuals experiencing pelvic floor disorders and chronic or complex pain. Taking a comprehensive and holistic approach to treatment, Jessica aims to identify and address the underlying issues that disrupt the body’s optimal functioning.

Jessica holds the esteemed title of Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, highlighting her expertise in pelvic rehabilitation. With her extensive experience, she has successfully treated a diverse range of pelvic floor problems in individuals of all ages and genders, even as young as 4 years old. Jessica’s commitment to education and sharing knowledge is evident as she has written and taught an Advanced Male Pelvic Pain and Erectile Dysfunction Course. Additionally, she serves as a teaching assistant for the renowned Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

To enhance her skills, Jessica has obtained advanced training in various manual therapy techniques. She holds a Manual Therapy Certification and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions. Among her favorite manual therapy techniques are muscle energy technique, spinal manipulations, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation.

In addition to her certifications and doctorate, Jessica graduated magna cum laude from the physical therapy program at Ithaca College. She is also a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association, demonstrating her commitment to mentoring and guiding future professionals in the field.
