Jenny Putt, a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2007 with a BS in Kinesiology, is a highly accomplished professional in the field of physical therapy. In 2010, she earned her Masters in Physical Therapy from CSU Long Beach, solidifying her expertise in the field. Jenny’s commitment to professional growth is evident through her completion of a year-long orthopedic residency through Kaiser Southern California, leading to her qualification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.

Dedicated to expanding her skill set, Jenny obtained certification as a Massage Practitioner in 2013 and pursued a year-long fellowship program through the Gray Institute in 2014, becoming a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. Furthermore, she completed the CrossFit Level 1 Coach training in 2015, further enhancing her ability to work with athletes. Jenny’s pursuit of knowledge continues as she embarked on Herman & Wallace courses in 2017, working towards becoming a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. This additional specialization allows her to effectively treat patients with both orthopedic and pelvic floor diagnoses.

Jenny’s expertise lies in various areas, with a particular focus on chronic pain, peripartum care, and working with athletes. In addition to owning her own practice, she also serves as the athletic trainer at a local high school. Jenny’s passion for education extends beyond her practice, as she teaches Kinesiology for a local massage program and holds informational classes at gyms, yoga studios, and family centers in her community. When she’s not working, Jenny cherishes family time with her husband, daughter, dog, and chickens, finding joy in the balance between her professional and personal life.
