Jeni holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, where she completed a program known for its innovative movement-based approach to physical therapy. She takes great pleasure in assisting her patients in regaining an active lifestyle, employing a combination of exercises, hands-on techniques, education, and motivation to create personalized and effective treatment plans. While focusing on orthopedic care, Jeni also specializes in the treatment of various pelvic floor conditions. Her training in this area began at the Herman&Wallace Institute, and she currently practices in women’s health physical therapy and general orthopedics. Her expertise includes pregnancy and postpartum treatment, including diastasis recti, as well as addressing pelvic pain and issues with incontinence, especially in athletes and runners.
