They attended Maryville University in St. Louis, where they obtained a bachelor of health science in 2010 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. Immediately drawn to pelvic health, they pursued certification in incontinence, pelvic pain, and bowel dysfunction. They have also gained extensive experience working with the prenatal and postpartum population. Initially, they worked in an outpatient orthopedic facility, where they honed their skills in treating both post-op/surgical and non-surgical orthopedic issues. This diverse background enables them to consider the entire body, going beyond just the pelvic floor. Dissatisfied with the approach to pelvic floor therapy in corporate settings, they decided to establish their own practice. Their focus is on providing individualized care, dedicating a full hour to each patient and ensuring continuity by having the same therapist for every session. They do not involve technicians or physical therapy assistants and also offer in-home services.
