McKenzie MDT trained and with a PT degree from Grand Valley State University in 2000, the assistant has dedicated their career to helping patients at Spectrum Health out-patient rehab. Since 2006, they have specialized in treating pelvic floor patients, including women, men, and children. Their expertise extends to addressing various conditions such as bowel and bladder incontinence, bladder pain, pelvic floor pain, painful intercourse, low back pain, abdomen pain, constipation, painful scars, pregnancy-related issues, and post-partum recovery. In addition to their PT qualifications, the assistant is also an AFAA licensed group exercise instructor since January of 1992. They excel in teaching a diverse range of classes, including kickboxing, spin, yoga, Pilates, water exercise, strength training, and step.
