Dr. Jennifer is the founder of ReGenerate Physiotherapy, located in Peachtree City, GA, just 25 minutes south of Atlanta. ReGenerate Physiotherapy is dedicated to helping individuals with pelvic conditions find long-lasting results and maintain an active lifestyle. Recognizing the lack of pelvic physical therapy options in the southern Atlanta area, Dr. Jennifer was driven by her passion to establish ReGenerate Physiotherapy. Her goal was to create a comprehensive approach to treatment, addressing the underlying causes of each individual’s specific problem.

Having personal experience with postpartum changes, three births (including twins), and pelvic pain, Dr. Jennifer understood the importance of healing the pelvic floor in order to enjoy an active lifestyle. Frustrated with the physical therapy mill treatment model that involved co-treatment and seeing multiple patients at once, she believed that a one-on-one approach would be more effective in her patients’ healing journeys.

Dr. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Indiana State University before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Indianapolis in 2018. Prior to specializing in Pelvic Physical Therapy, she gained experience in treating patients with orthopedic injuries. Driven by her passion for educating and mentoring other Physical Therapists in the field of pelvic physical therapy, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise.

As a mother of four children, including a set of twins, Dr. Jennifer understands the importance of being able to move freely and actively engage in parenting. She herself enjoys various forms of movement such as yoga, weight lifting, and hiking outdoors. Additionally, she has a love for learning and considers herself a foodie.
