They graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK in 1992 and established a successful career in sports physiotherapy. In 2001, they completed a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and continued working in the field until the birth of their first child in 2006. Following this, they pursued further specialized training in pelvic health and have since been practicing in both pelvic health and sports physiotherapy. Over the past four years, the majority of their caseload has centered around pelvic issues, including internal concerns such as continence, urgency, prolapse, and pelvic pain, as well as external issues like pelvic girdle pain, peri-natal issues, sporting pelvic, hip, and low back injuries, abdominal separation, and core retraining.
