Jenna, a graduate of Shenandoah University, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008. With a specialization in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise, she has undergone comprehensive training from prestigious institutions such as the Herman and Wallace Institute, Pelvic Guru, and Pelvic PT Rising. This extensive training enables her to effectively treat individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Additionally, Jenna has gained valuable experience working with CrossFit athletes and weightlifters. She has recently launched Foundation Pelvic Therapy, a concierge practice that offers residents of Southern Maryland the convenience of receiving treatment in the comfort of their own homes.
