She has been practicing PT since 2002 in Denver, CO. Graduating from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, she immediately started her career in orthopedic physical therapy. Being a mother of twins and an avid runner, she personally experienced pelvic floor issues, which fueled her passion for helping others overcome similar problems. Continuously dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills, she earned certifications as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist and a Pelvic Rehabilitation Provider. Additionally, she has extensive training in dry needling, which she incorporates into her practice. Moreover, she is a certified Pilates Instructor and applies her expertise in Pilates to prescribe appropriate exercises for her clients. In 2017, she opened her own clinic, Holistic Physical Therapy, located just west of The Highlands neighborhood in Denver. Her goal is to provide personalized, holistic, hands-on care that considers the entire individual, rather than solely focusing on the ailment or dysfunction. At Holistic PT, she ensures ample time is spent with each person, leading to excellent outcomes for her clients. Although originally from New Jersey, she has called Denver home since 1997. She shares her love for skiing, mountain biking, and camping with her husband and twins, actively embracing Colorado’s outdoors and all it offers.
