Janette (she/her/hers) has dedicated over 30 years to using her hands, heart, and head to improve the well-being, functionality, and mobility of others. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, she firmly believes in providing holistic and personalized care. Janette specializes in Pelvic PT, Lymphedema, and addressing pain that has been unresponsive to previous treatments. With a compassionate and individualized approach, she offers her services to people of all ages and genders.
Janette is highly experienced in treating various conditions associated with pelvic dysfunction. In 2019, she founded her own practice, Nurturing Health Physical Therapy, with the intention of creating an environment that allows her to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients. Outside of her PT practice, Janette finds joy in exploring farmers markets, appreciating the beauty around her, engaging in deep conversations, sharing laughter, and even dancing tango.
