Jamie specializes in orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, pelvic floor pain, and hip and pelvic injuries related to sports and activity. She also has expertise in treating incontinence and pregnancy-related pain.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Brigham Young University in 2010. She then pursued her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
To further her knowledge in pelvic floor rehabilitation, Jamie has completed additional training through the Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute, with a specific focus on women’s health and pelvic health in athletes.
In her treatment approach, Jamie incorporates various techniques such as real-time ultrasound, SEMG biofeedback, manual therapy, and other modalities to address pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling levels 1 and 2.
Furthermore, Jamie is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients.
