Dr. Jackie Crowell, a licensed physical therapist with over 13 years of experience, specializes in Orthopedics, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, and Chronic Pain management. Graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with Magna Cum Laude honors from the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Crowell is highly qualified in her field.

Dr. Crowell is skilled in treating patients of all genders and is trained in a trauma-informed approach, as well as visceral mobilization, transgender care, and dry needling. With her extensive training in Pain Neuroscience Education, she has a particular interest in treating severe chronic pain, drawing from her own personal experience to provide empathetic care.

At Progressive Pelvis, Dr. Crowell’s primary goal is to empower each patient to become their own best healer. She takes a hands-on approach, combining therapeutic exercise, patient education, and neuromuscular re-education to ensure that goals are met. As a member of the APTA, International Society and Study for Women’s Sexual Health, and the International Pelvic Pain Society, Dr. Crowell stays connected to the latest advancements in her field.
