The individual is a Physical Therapy graduate from Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM) in the years 2011-2014. They further pursued a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy specializing in Urogynecology from Universidad Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) in 2015.

They have expanded their knowledge through various seminars and training programs. In 2015, they completed seminars on the use of ultrasound in orthopedic and Women’s health with Ruth Jones in Spain. In 2018, they also attended seminars conducted by Herman & Wallace in NJ.

To enhance their skills, they have undergone training in Visceral Manipulation levels VM1 and VM2 offered by the Barral Institute in 2017. In 2015, they also completed levels GAH1 and GAH2 in the Hypopressive Abdominal method with Marcel Caufriez in Madrid.

They have received training in Therapeutic STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer in 2013 from AkroStudio in Madrid. Their knowledge in Somatic Movement is further enriched through their participation in Body Mind Centering training with BMC – Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in Berkeley, CA from 2008 to 2009.

Furthermore, they have obtained certification as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training from the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, CA in the years 2003-2004, and are certified by the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States (IYNAUS).

Lastly, they have completed a 100-hour course on Travell & Simons Dry Needling in Madrid in 2015.
