Hope initially began her career as a massage therapist, specializing in prenatal massage, myofascial deep tissue, and Craniosacral therapy. Over time, she expanded her expertise by completing courses through Herman and Wallace, focusing on treating pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. Her areas of specialization include stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence, prolapse, constipation, interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome, dyspareunia, vaginismus, and vulvodynia. Hope continues to pursue advanced training in pelvic health and obstetric physical therapy.

Since obtaining her doctorate, Hope has worked in various outpatient physical therapy practices, including Reston Hospital, Inova, and George Washington University Hospital. Currently, she runs her own private practice in Woodley Park, DC.

Hope firmly believes in empowering her patients to develop a profound understanding and compassion for their bodies, as she believes this is the key to achieving lasting health. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring adventurous foods through cooking and eating, traveling, and engaging in artistic pursuits.
