In 2007, Holly graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science. She furthered her education at the same university and graduated with Distinction in 2010, earning a Master of Physical Therapy degree.

Following her graduation, Holly expanded her practice by incorporating treatment of the pelvic floor. This addition enhanced her ability to address issues such as low back, pelvic, and hip pain more effectively and comprehensively. While she thoroughly enjoys working in women’s health, Holly also finds fulfillment in helping men improve their quality of life in relation to bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction.

To aid in the restoration of health in these areas, Holly employs various techniques. Patient education, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, surface EMG biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and relaxation training are among her primary tools. Additionally, Holly has a deep passion for yoga and has seamlessly integrated it into her physical therapy practice.

As an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Holly currently serves as the first women’s health and pelvic floor practitioner for Ventura County Medical Center Outpatient Therapy Services.
