Hilary earned her Occupational Therapy degree from Boston University and has been a licensed OT in Hawaii since 2007. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings, but she discovered her true passion when she started working with pregnant and postpartum women through pelvic floor therapy and birth coaching. To enhance her expertise in this field, Hilary has completed several pelvic floor therapy trainings, including courses offered by Herman and Wallace, Birth Healing Institute, and The Functional Pelvis, among others.
