They obtained their Master of Physical Therapy degree from Ohio University in 2003. Their career began in the Pacific Northwest, where they worked with a diverse athletic and orthopedic population. It was during this time that they developed a particular interest in treating pelvic girdle dysfunction. This interest was further fueled by their own experiences with pregnancy-related pelvic dysfunction, leading to a passion for pelvic rehab.

To enhance their expertise in this area, they pursued extensive training in pelvic rehab through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in Seattle. They are currently working towards becoming a certified Pelvic Rehab Practitioner (PRPC). Their treatment approach is collaborative and holistic, focusing on pelvic pain and dysfunction. They utilize a combination of exercise and manual techniques to restore optimal function of the fascia, muscles, and nerves in the abdomen and pelvis.

Their expertise extends to treating both women and men who are struggling with pelvic and perineal pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, coccydynia, lumbopelvic dysfunction, as well as other related conditions. They are experienced in providing care throughout various stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum.
