Heather Forrest has been serving as a therapy provider in Wilkes County for the past 14 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings such as outpatient orthopedics, acute hospital inpatient care, home health, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, and skilled nursing. Heather’s journey in the field began when she graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2005. She furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008, followed by a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2013.

Heather strongly believes in empowering her patients through education, as she recognizes its potential to bring about significant change and rehabilitation in their lives. She has also developed a keen interest in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.

Originally from West Jefferson, NC, Heather relocated to Wilkesboro, NC in 2005. She shares her life with her husband, Scott, and they have been blessed with two daughters. In her free time, Heather enjoys engaging in fitness training, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
