Havely obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University. Throughout her education, she developed a strong interest in orthopedics and pelvic health, which prompted her to pursue advanced courses in these fields. She gained valuable experience working at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, where she specialized in outpatient Orthopedic and Women’s Health departments. Recently, she and her husband relocated back to the Asheville area.

Havely’s expertise in pelvic health includes the treatment of incontinence and pelvic pain, which she acquired from the renowned Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Combining her background in yoga and mindfulness meditation with modern pain science, she effectively addresses various conditions in her Physical Therapy practice. She is committed to staying updated with the latest research in her field and firmly believes in the inherent healing capacity of the human body.

Living in Asheville brings Havely great joy as she is now closer to her loved ones and surrounded by the breathtaking southern Appalachians. Outside of her professional life, she finds fulfillment in activities such as gardening, practicing yoga, cycling, and spending time outdoors.
