Harpreet Singh, PT, DPT, works at Carolinas Rehabilitation – Mountain Island Lake as part of the Carolinas HealthCare System. She is a board-certified physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University.
Singh specializes in pelvic floor dysfunctions, including incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain syndromes, for both women and men. She also has expertise in orthopedic needs. Singh has extensive experience in evaluating and treating pelvic patients and has completed courses through Herman and Wallace for pelvic health treatment. In addition to her traditional physical therapy treatments, she is skilled in Trigger Point Dry Needling, which she has been practicing for several years.
Singh is dedicated to providing excellent care and is an integral part of the multidisciplinary pelvic team within the Carolinas HealthCare System. She is one of the few pelvic floor physical therapists in the greater Charlotte, NC area who offers a comprehensive range of treatments in one clinical setting.
