They graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL in 1999 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. The first half of their career was dedicated to treating patients with orthopedic conditions in a sports medicine setting. In 2012, they developed a strong interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation. They have since gained experience as a lab assistant for several courses with Herman and Wallace, as well as teaching a Rehabilitation for Post Prostatectomy lecture with the South Carolina American Physical Therapy Association. Additionally, they successfully established a pelvic health program for a major health system and have served as a mentor to numerous physical therapists in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Throughout their career, they have pursued various courses to expand their knowledge and skills in treating patients of all genders and ages. Despite their focus on pelvic floor treatment, they maintain a strong interest in orthopedics and effectively integrate their orthopedic expertise into their approach.
