Gauri, who graduated in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University- Houston, has been working in Outpatient Physical Therapy settings with a special interest in Spine, Sports injuries, Women’s Health, and Vestibular Rehab. She is board certified in Orthopedics Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Gauri has also attained certification as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Herman and Wallace institute. In 2015, she founded Synergex Physical Therapy with the sole purpose of providing patient-centric, individualized, and holistic care to patients with orthopedic, sports, and urogynecological problems.

Gauri’s treatment approach is based on a thorough history, physical examination, functional testing, and testing treatment outcomes. She also takes into account the social, behavioral, and emotional aspects of a patient’s condition when planning their care. Gauri believes in empowering her patients through education, self-awareness, behavioral changes, and providing them with self-treatment tools to aid in their recovery process.
