Felicia is a highly accomplished professional who obtained her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2015. Building on her academic success, she pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same institution and successfully completed it in 2018.

Felicia embarked on her professional journey by joining Theraplay Inc., where she specialized in pediatric care and treated patients with a wide range of diagnoses. This valuable experience allowed her to develop a strong foundation in her field. Later, she transitioned to Capital Health, where she initially worked in the Inpatient department before transitioning to outpatient care on a full-time basis.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Felicia has actively sought out opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise. She has attended several continuing education courses offered by the esteemed Herman and Wallace Institute, focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation. These courses include Pelvic Floor Level 1, Level 2A, Nutrition Perspectives for the Pelvic Rehab Therapist, Manual Therapy for the Abdominal Wall, Bowel Pathology and Function, Inclusive Care for Gender and Sexual Minorities, Pregnancy Rehabilitation, Pharmacologic Considerations for the Pelvic Health Provider, and Transgender Patients: Pelvic Health and Ortho Considerations. Felicia’s commitment to professional growth is evident as she has already planned to attend additional courses in the coming year.

In April 2022, Felicia achieved her certification as a Pregnancy and Post Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions. This certification further demonstrates her dedication to providing comprehensive care to her patients.

Currently, Felicia continues to contribute her expertise to Capital Health’s Pelvic Floor Program and outpatient Physical Therapy department. With her strong educational background, diverse experience, and commitment to ongoing professional development, Felicia is well-equipped to provide exceptional care to her patients and make a positive impact in her field.
