Esther Adler, a graduate of Columbia University, holds a doctoral degree in physical therapy, specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction. During her final year of study, Esther dedicated her time to taking courses through Herman and Wallace, as well as completing her clinicals under the guidance of Sandy Gallagher. These experiences allowed her to gain expertise in treating complex pelvic floor patients.

Throughout her career, Esther has focused on assisting women struggling with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and constipation. She has worked with patients ranging from professional athletes to elderly individuals facing challenges with safe transfers. To complement her therapeutic approaches, Esther is also a certified yoga, Pilates, and meditation teacher. This additional training has proven highly effective in helping her patients implement these strategies to facilitate their healing process.

Esther’s commitment to her profession is evident through her licensure in four states, including New York, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
