Erica, a graduate of the University of California: Davis with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Biology and a minor in Chicano/a studies, is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping active individuals. She furthered her education by earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Brenau University. For over a decade, Erica has been actively involved in the rehabilitation and sports performance industry, gaining experience as a student athletic trainer in NCAA Division I Athletics, a first responder, a rehabilitation technician, a personal trainer, and a coach. Her expertise lies in assisting active individuals in maintaining their physical well-being.
