Erica is a dedicated and passionate owner of a health and wellness occupational therapy private practice called Thrive Occupational Therapy, Health & Wellness PLLC. Her practice offers a range of services to clients of all ages, including perinatal rehab, fertility support, food mood and hormones, lymphedema therapy, scar tissue treatment, and general health and wellness. Serving eastern Nebraska (Omaha) and western Iowa, Thrive OT provides convenient in-home services.

Outside of her work, Erica finds joy in various activities such as running, yoga, water skiing, reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her family. With her husband, Wade, she is the proud parent of two children.

Erica embarked on her entrepreneurial journey five years ago when she established her private practice. She earned her undergraduate degrees in psychology and rehabilitative science from the University of Kansas. Later, she pursued a master’s degree in occupational therapy at the College of St Mary in Omaha, Nebraska. Currently, Erica is working towards her post-professional doctorate at Creighton University.

Erica’s dedication to her field extends beyond her formal education. She has acquired additional specialization and certification in functional medicine, women’s health and pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, lymphedema therapy, health coaching, mental health integrative medicine, and biofeedback.

With her extensive knowledge and diverse skill set, Erica strives to provide comprehensive and personalized care to her clients, helping them thrive in their physical and emotional well-being.
