Erica, a physical therapist, graduated from UAB in 2017 with a doctorate in physical therapy. With a total of 5 years of experience in outpatient therapy, she has spent the last 3 years specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy. Erica’s interest in pelvic health was sparked by her own pregnancy and postpartum recovery. To further her expertise, she has received training in pelvic floor rehabilitation as well as postpartum rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace. Erica is dedicated to supporting her patients through every phase of their unique journeys. Currently residing in Birmingham with her husband and two children, she actively participates in the BCRFA Junior Board. In her free time, she enjoys snow skiing, reading, and cherishing moments with her family.
